A wonderful children's hardcover book called Curious George Flies A Kite by Margret Rey and illustrated by H. A. Rey. This book is a Weekly Reader Book Club edition. A great learning to read book for children.

In this Curious George classic tale, everyone's favorite monkey goes on a wild adventure that includes cute bunnies, fishing, cake, a powerful kite, a helicopter, and whole lot of playful fun and mischief right in his own neighborhood. When Curious George gets a new ball, he loves playing with it! But when he takes a peek out the window and sees a very small house, he becomes curious, so George ventures outside. This curiosity starts a comical chain of events that build up to taming a high-flying kite--with George attached to it!

Margret Elizabeth Rey (1906 – 1996) was a German-born American writer and illustrator, known best for the Curious George series of children's picture books that she and her husband H. A. Rey created from 1939 to 1966.

As New: The book is in the same immaculate condition as when it was published. This could be the description for a book that has been lost in a warehouse for years, never shelved, thumbed or even opened yet may still be some years old.
