A wonderful antique coffee pot/chocolate pot made in Germany. The pattern consists of a portrait center, blue, red, and gold trim, with an embossed lusterware finish. Lusterware is a finish that gives the pot a swirled rainbow effect. The portrait consists of three people - two women and a shepherd. This would be an elegant way to serve coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. A wonderful addition to a table, buffet, or sideboard.

This coffee pot is in Very Good condition. There is rubbing to the gold trim especially on the handle (please see photos). It has no cracks or crazing. Does have some flea bite minor chips on the spout. The inside is white and unstained. This pot is from the 1920s, approximately 100 years old.
It would make a marvelous gift for a wedding, housewarming, holiday, or special occasion.
