A gorgeous set of five antique cups and saucers made in Japan. The pattern consists of leaves and white berries on blue and orange lusterware with raised gold gilt trim over raised beading. This set is hand painted on eggshell porcelain (eggshell is the description of porcelain that is very thin). This is beautiful china and it would look lovely on any table, buffet, or sideboard. Elegant and versatile with the grace from a bygone age. Perfect for you next tea party or for the collector.

This set is in excellent condition. None of the pieces have any chips, cracks, or crazing. The colors are bright and the lusterware is shiny. This set is from the 1920s.
