An elegant etched crystal ruffled bowl by Heisey. It is in the Orchid line and the pattern is called Sunburst Floral. This piece is hard to find. This bowl would be an excellent centerpiece, elegant fruit bowl, or a great addition to a crystal collection.
The A.H. Heisey Company was formed in Newark, Ohio, in 1895 by A.H. Heisey. The factory provided fine quality glass tableware and decorative glass figurines. Heisey glassware is identifiable by its high clarity and brilliance and today it is highly collectible. The company was operated by Heisey and his sons until 1957 when the factory closed.

This bowl is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or major scratches. There are minor utensil marks. This bowl dates from circa 1945.
This would make a great wedding, shower, or holiday gift. A great piece to add to your collection.
