EAPG Square Sugar Bowl, US Glass, Illinois Pattern, Circa 1898, Antique Sugar Bowl, Pressed Glass, Open Sugar Bowl
This is a gorgeous antique EAPG (Early American Pressed Glass) square sugar bowl by US Glass. It dates circa 1898. The pattern is called Illinois. This crystal bowl catches the light beautifully. This is a great piece for the collector or a wonderful gift idea.
On February 9, 1891, the New York Times reported on the founding of US Glass, which included seventeen factories. After the companies combined, two new plants were built. One, an automatic facility, was constructed in Gas City, Indiana.

This bowl is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks, or scratches.
