Covered Sugar Bowl, Victoria Czechoslovakia, White and Black
This is a lovely covered sugar bowl made by Victoria Czechoslovakia. It is white with a black ring and also a line of black on the edge of the lid. It is a great small bowl that could double as a trinket box. What a great way to add a touch of the past to your vanity, dinner table, buffet, or sideboard.

4 1/4 inches in height with lid
3 1/2 inches in height without lid
5 1/2 inches handle to handle
4 inches in diameter
This sugar bowl is from the 1930s and is in good condition. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. I rate this good due to the fact there are none of the mentioned faults. But it seems to be Lusterware with where color wasn't added to the body. You can see it on the rim and base. The body has a shiny gloss finish so I think this was a manufacturer's defect.
It is still very cute.
