A wonderful hardcover book titled Wild Horses by Dick Francis. The book cover boards are black with title and author's name in gold on the spine. This is dated 1994 making it a First Edition but the Third Printing.

Dick Francis (October 1920 – February 2010) was the author of more than forty acclaimed books. Among his numerous awards were three Edgar Awards, the Crime Writers' Association Cartier Diamond Dagger, and the Mystery Writers of America's Grand Master Award. He died in February 2010.

As New: The book is in the same immaculate condition as when it was published. This could be the description for a book that has been lost in a warehouse for years, never shelved, thumbed or even opened yet may still be some years old.

Fine: A Fine book approaches the condition of As New, but without being crisp. The book may have been opened and read, but there are no defects to the book, jacket or pages.
