A wonderful gravy boat by Syracuse China. It has a red floral pattern on a white base. This is restaurant ware so it is very heavy. It would be a beautiful addition for your sideboard, buffet, or dinner table.
Syracuse China was located in Syracuse, New York. It was founded in 1871 as Onondaga Pottery Company in the town of Geddes, New York. In the late 19th century, Onondaga Pottery began producing fine china, for which it found a strong market, particularly in hotels, restaurants, and railroad dining cars. The manufacturing facility in Syracuse closed in 2009, after 138 years in operation.

This gravy boat is in excellent condition. It has no chips, cracks, or crazing. It does have a tiny rub mark on it's handle.
