Beautiful teacups and saucers from Japan. They are made of eggshell porcelain making them very thin. The pattern is white china painted with images of Geisha in a garden and they have red trim. These would be great for a collector or as display pieces and included is a footed salt cellar. The salt cellar would be great to hold teabags. This set would be great to enjoy your morning or afternoon tea.

The teacups and saucers are in excellent condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing. There is some rubbing to the design which is normal for china of this age. The inside of one cup has paint splatter which was done during the hand painting process. The salt cellar is in very good condition with no cracks or crazing. It does have some fleabite chips on the edge.
This is a great set for the collector. It would make a marvelous gift for a housewarming, holiday, or special occasion.
