An antique porcelain chamber pot by Unknown Maker. It is white embossed ironstone with an ornate handle. A chamber pot (also called a Thunder Pot or Potty) is a bowl-shaped container with one handle. Some have a lid and some do not. They were kept in the bedroom under the bed or in a nightstand cabinet and used as a toilet at night. Today they are a great addition to your bathroom or bedroom decor. They also can be used as a unique planter.
